How to transfer packages between visio's files?

I am learning Visio 2002, software modeling using UML.

I have created 2 files (drawing1.vsd and drawing2.vsd) and
placed several packages under top Package in both files.

Now i want to copy/transfer this packages (folders) among
the 2 files.

Any suggestions?..thanks in advance!
