How to turn off Auto Add Appointment into Calendar Outlook 2003

A

Andy Wang

Our Exchange user here having some trouble with Outlook 2003, once we receive
any invitations of appointments or meetings. The Appointments go in
automatically to Calendar once we opened the mail even without send any
response either Accept or Reject or Tentatively. We did not set any auto send
response also.

Is there any way to set, add appointment into Calendars when only Accepted.

This is quite troublesome for Outlook PDA users.

No, you can't keep tentative appointments out of the calendar. You can try
using rules to move the meeting requests to a different folder but the
sniffer usually gets the meeting request before the rule moves it.
