How to turn off question for access to email addresses by Outlook

We are using a third party program with Outlook and we need to turn off the
access request that Outlook asks for every time it checks an email address
when synchronising the two programs.
We have searched the forums and can find no instructions on this.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
