How to turn on E-mail Account after being disconnected.

Was viewing E-mail and all the sudden I was turned off Dont understand why
followed directions ass far as I could submitted something and waited to
today to get back on..I need a phone numer so speak with someone my internet
knowledge is not the best. Thank you.

Well, it's definately not the best, I fear. You posted this question to a
technical support newsgroup for the database software Microsoft Access. None
of the volunteers here work for Microsoft, much less for whoever your internet
service provider might be. Contact whoever it is who provides your internet
services. I don't have any way to tell who that might be unfortunately!
