How to type a "Bill of Sale"

I have sold a mobile home for my daughter, and I need to type a Bill of Sale,
but I'm not sure how and what wording to I need. The person is paying cash,
and I think I need something about "Sold as is". I'm really not sure, so
please if anyone has any info, let me know.

You need legal advice from someone in your jurisdiction. What applies in my
municipality may not apply in yours. Since you probably don't want to get
sued down the road, you need to talk to a real estate attorney.

Most states require some type of real estate contract even if what you
are selling is a mobile home. It's considered a residence and I'm
sure inspections, disclosures, etc are applicable. I suspect a simple
bill of sale isn't exactly a legal transaction.

You may want to consult a real estate attorney or at least search
Google using keywords such as: "mobile home" purchase contract to find
out the legal requirements.
