How to Type on Forms
I often get A4 forms to fill-in, I used to have a program that allowed the
PC to print my answers on the actual form in the relevant box, but I
uninstalled it, and can’t remember its name, does anyone know what its
called, there is only one program that does that I think, it’s a free
standalone program, not a plug-in for MS Office suite.
Procedure was;
1 Scan form, front and back.
2 Load scanned image into program.
3 Highlight answer boxes, with tool similar to Graphic applications
cropping tool.
4 Type answers to form, into the highlighted boxes.
5 Load original form into printer, hit print, reload original form other
side up to print other side of form,.(only if your printer is not a double
sided one hit wonder, most home printers are only single side printing)
5a Program also has the option to reprint the form with your answers on
your own paper, instead of the original form, this option generally not used
as most authorities wanted their own original form returned with your answers.
I originally got it from PC Utilities Plus (UK) magazine cover DVD, I think,
but can’t find it in their index, or online.
