I did find the link to the 'uninstall office components using brute force'
page but want to make sure I need to do that before I launch into it.
My Project 2007 install seems not to be perfect. I can't see Enterprise
resources even though I'm an admin and the Project Guide refuses to turn on
(option can be clicked but nothing happens, the option buried in the tool
menu is grayed out).
I uninstalled using 'add remove programs' and reinstalled but the problems
remain. Additionally, when I started Project after the re-install, it
remembered all of my settings and connected right up to the server. This
tells me that the uninstall doesn't actually kill off everything (at least
that's how I read it).
Is there a way to totally completely absolutely remove all traces of Project
from a system so the install runs totally completely clean? If the brute
force way is what we gotta do, then that's what we'll do.
TIA for any info.
