How to uninstall SP3

I need to uninstall MS Office XP SP3 to resolve a problem with Norton
Antispam. How to I uninstall it?

Currently, uninstall of Service Packs is not supported. You need to uninstall/reinstall Office XP and take it back to the baseline it was at before you installed SP3.
