How to unlock VSS database?

Hi folks,
while running the Analyze and Fix on my VSS database an unexpected power
failure was taking place. After restarting, the Analyze and fix utility
finished successfully. Since that time VSS Db is being locked. Err msg:"The
VSS database has been locked by Administrator". How to unlock?
