go to the outbox, click on the message that you want to unsend, and then goto
actions then unsend.

opss, meant the sent folder not the outbox

This will work only when using Exchange and only when the recipient hasn't
opened the mesage yet. Otherwise, don't bother. Just send another message
telling the recipient to disregard the prior message.
