How to update Custom Field?

This must be a basic question to most of you.
I change the Custom Field "Health" in Outlook 2003, and then save it to PWA,
it seems ok, i could see it in PWA, but as i "Update Project Progress" from
Project Professional 2007, it was not updated.
Could you tell me how to update it?
And how do we see this "Health" from Project Center?, is it possible to add
a column there?

Oddly enough, even though the My Assignments view includes the Health [Task]
field, team members actually see the Health [Assignment] field in the My
Tasks page. Thus, when they update the Health value, the system updates
only the assignment information and not the task information for Health. To
confirm this, navigate to the Task Usage view in Project Professional 2007
and insert the Health column. You should see the Health for each resource
assignment, but not for the tasks themselves. Hope this helps.
