How to update Display name change in Outlook from AD automatically

Hello there,

For Exchange 2003 SP2 native, Outlook 2003 SP2 environment, since Company
name changed, We have to change all display names in AD for one of our
clients. We used admodify to change display name of users' mailboxes in AD
without any issue. However, mailbox name on Outlook Today still shows old
display name. We know we can change it by modifying Outlook profiles -
checking name. Question is that if there is any easy way to do batch change
on every client machine automatically, say, by script, etc. since there are
about several thousands of mailboxes need to be changed.

Exchange 2003 SP2 native, Outlook 2003 SP2 environment.

Depending on your deployment technology, you can deploy a custom prf-, cmw-
or mst-file to update settings. More info regarding this can be found in the
Office Resource Kit.
