How to update lookup table values

I am using:
- MS Project 2007
- Resource Pool

My resource pool has a custom field with values that get updated (PMO
maintained Project List) and validated in the Lookup Table for the custom
field (Text7)

I would like PMs to be able to update individual plans with the latest
values from the Resource Pool Text7 Lookup Table

Does anyone have a VBA script that deletes the Lookup Table list of the
Active project and copies in the values from the resource pool ?
