How to update the hyperlinks with a macro/VBA

Is there somebody that know a macro or a VBA that will verify if the
hyperlink in a Word documents are still valid?

hyperlink in a Word documents are still valid?

What hyperlink destinations need to be considered?

- Bookmarks within the same document
- Other documents on the same system (including to bookmarks within them)
- External URLs

The first two are fairly straightforward. The third will be hard, and in
some cases impossible (e.g. email addresses).
