How to Upgrade from Office Standard to Professional

How can I create an automatic install to upgrade from Microsoft Office 2003
Standard into 2003 Professional. I need to upgrade 3000 computers from one
suite to the other but I also need the all old settings to be transfered to
the professional suite. I tried with the office resource kit but it does not
uninstall Standard.
