How to upload an image from a form

I've designed a form ( following the instructions from
Frontpage ) in which I alow users to upload their images
and those images to be stored in a database ( created
automatically by Frontpage).
How do I create a page to view those images stored in
this db?

Hi Claret,

The upload facility in FP does not move the image to a db but to a folder
within the web.
