If you are referring to using it to modify documents you've already created
then that's not how a template works, it's used to create new documents. You
can't use it to go back and modify documents you've already created. A
template is similar to a cookie cutter, once your cookies are cut and baked
if you modify the cookie cutter you can't go back and change the cookies.
Well...I guess you could try but you know what I mean. ;-)
Now, if what you modified were styles in the template then those can be
updated in documents based on the template.
