How to use comma as list separator instead semicolon?

L

Larry

I'm running Office Home and Student 2007 under Vista. My Excel formula's
argument separator is a semicolon and I would like to use a comma instead.
Changing the list separator in regional settings does not fix the problem.
What can I do? Thanks
