how to use contacts in outlook 2003 to send fax using modem?

I have hp T65 fax machine which has its address book.
I also have contacts in outlook 2003.
Now, when I want to send document usind modem fax, Only hp T65 fax machine
address book pops-up.I can not get access to my contacts in outlook 2003.

Please , Help! What to do?

What "modem fax" software are you using? What does you fax machine have to
