how to use fp to create a blog

how can i make a blog on frontpage? i would like it to
be part of an existing domanin, not using blogger or
other similar services

are there ad-ins and templates?

Sharepoint Services are required to use the blog template included in
FrontPage 2003. I'm a novice when it comes to this Sharepoint but it seems
that there are no low cost hosting services that offer this support. The
hosting services that are referenced on the Microsoft site are all VERY VERY
expensive and seem geared towards business.

So there is the problem... only a business can afford the hosting services
required to run what I believe is intended to be a personal application: a
blog.
