How to use indirect function?

Does anyone know how to use indirect functionj?
=MIN(Sheet2!A1:A500), I would like to add an integer on B colume
=Indirect("MIN(Sheet2!A"&1+B1&":A3"), but it returns #REF!.
Does anyone have any suggestion how to apply Indirect function to perform
above task?
