How to use / learn about InfoPath

Hello, I just "learned" about InfoPath 2007 as it has been in my company's
"Office 2007 Suite" and yet I have not learned it. We have a new product
SharePoint 2007 and we love it! I know you can work with both to make for a
wonderful ... something.
But I wonder where I can get some good demo's or basic, super fast setup
tips on how to use it!? Sorta like "OK MORON, PRESS HERE, etc." I know
Word, Excel, Outlook, but I have not worked with InfoPath and wonder if there
are some basic steps I can get working so I can get comfortable with it and
try to do more complex stuff later, etc.
