How to use Open Exclusive in MS Access 2002

Hi, I am using the MS Access 2002 and I don't see any Open Exclusive option
beside File ->Open as it is there in Access 2003. Please let me know how can
I find the similar functionality in Access 2002.

I've tested with both versions and don't see what you are seeing.

Are you certain you are using File, Open menu to bring up the file open
dialog?
