How to Use Out of Office Reply

I cannot find how to activate an out of office autoreply.
According to Help there is an Out of Office Assistant
selection under Tools--no way!!

This is a typical bust in online help.

Please help. This shouldn't be hard.

You can only use Out-of-Office if your mail system uses Exchange Server, and
is configured to allow it.
