How to use smartags in access

I´ve heard about smart tags, but dont know how to deal with them. I would
like to obtain information from a contact in Outlook and dump it into a
existing client database.
Can someone show me how to do this?

Thanks! excelent info, but this brings me to a question, when I bring up the
field properties and open up the smart tags window, there are non available.
Do I have to install them somehow? (the article doesnt mention it). If I have
to install them how do I do this?
