How to use Tab in Excel

Hello :)

Can anyone suggest me, how to go to a specific cell, when i hit the TA
Key.

select all the cells you want to be able to tab to,then right click whilst
still holding ctrl down and select format cell,protection,and untick the
locked box,release ctrl,go to tools,protection,protect sheet,when you press
tab the curor will jump to the nearest unlocked cell.
