How to use templates that I saved

I have saved templates but I don't know how to open them. Any help.

Try using Windows Explorer to go to the folder where you saved the templates,
and double-clicking the icon of one. That will create a new document based on
that template.

Or in Word you can click File > New (in Word 2007, click Office button > New)
and select "On my computer...", then use the dialog to go to the correct folder
and select the template you want.

Thanks, is there a way to change a document written on one template to
another template

Not in the way you think -- that is, attaching the document to a different
template won't change the layout of the document to match the new template.

The best course is usually to create a new blank document based on the
second template, and copy/paste the contents of the old document into the
new one.
