Are you asking about email templates in Microsoft Access databases
(the subject of this newsgroup)? If so I'm not aware of any.

If you're asking about Microsoft Outlook, or the (quite different)
Outlook Express, the Microsoft webpage has misled you. Please scroll
down the list of subject areas and repost a clearer question in a
newsgroup supporting that program.
