How to view multiple projects at once?

We are using project server with multiple projects on the server by
different individuals. Is there a way to pull all these together in
one view, as opposed to just being able to view one at a time? For
Example: Is it possible to select different projects and be able to
see all resource times at once for the multiple projects?

Probably the easiest way to accomplish this is to use Data Analysis
views. Use the Projects as a filter and then select the projects that
you want to examine. Jan's method also works of course, but if you
want a consistent view, the use Data Analysis and export to Excel,
maintaining links.

Hi,

I fail to see what's inconsistent about Project Professional.

Hi Spatton
I guess it depends on what information you would like to see on a
consolidated view.

If you are after consolidated Cost or work data regarding your proejct and
if you want to drill down and slice and dice, the data analyser is a great
feature.

If you are after Duration, Gantt views and traffic lights the Project Center
is an excellent way to consolidate your information.

Depending on your exact requirements, both options are viable. Also if you
like to have a "printed" report with consoldiated data, Proejct Server
consists of a reporting DB which allows you to create your own reports (
using a tool like reporting services, or even the report builder)

I hope this made it less confusing :) Please let me know if you are after
more info.
Thanks
