How to view pictures

I would like to know how I change the program Outlook uses to pull up
pictures, when I click on an attachment. Every time I click on an
attachment, that is a picture, it uses some strange program, that I am
unfamiliar with, and I have no idea how to change it!! Please help!

Every time I click on an attachment, the picture opens using Corel or
something.. and the picture is obviously there, but it's all distorted, and
I'd like to know how to change with photo program thing open my pictures. I
hope this is becoming more clear :)

And I don't know what program I want it to use, but it's never used Corel
before, it's only started doing this within the last couple of days or so.

In windows explorer, check Tools->Folder Options->File types. Navigate to
the specific file type that is using Corel and highlight it. Then click on
change. Select your preferred program from the list.
