How use "&" as text in visio footer

Our company name includes the &. In order to use on the footer, I need a way
to have it print as text. I have tried the usual suspects of ' " / \ but to
no avail. Ideas?

You can use the Char(38) function (38 is the code for the ampersand sign).

I get to ask my usual question. Do you really need a footer? H&Fs were added
to Visio to address a specific problem. If the drawing size is the same as
the printed paper size, the prefered Visio solution is to use a background
page. Background pages are far more versatile than H&Fs.
