how will i get my EXCell file which i saved two days back

i made some changes in my M.S Excell file and saved, but after two days i
reallised that i dont want that changes how will get my old file which the
changes not done?
is the system restore will help mw? or what is the additional solution? its
my PC

As Danny pointed out in your other post on this subject, there's no chance to
recover that old data unless you can access a copy of the file as it was then
from somewhere, maybe you emailed it, or gave a copy to someone......

This is a perfect example why it's a good idea to occasionally save an
archive copy of any file you use on a continuing basis. I sometimes make
10-15 copies a day of a file I'm working on so in case of problems, it's easy
for me to recover to my most recent save.
