How would I set up a new paper size in Microsoft office word 2003
I need to print on a 4.5 X 7 paper and i can change customize the page set
up but not print setup

It's done in the operating system. Print Server to be exact. If you look
up "Print Server" in Windows Help and Support, you should be able to
follow the links/instructions.
