I just installed OFFICE 2003 coming from 2000 premium

backup Personal folders to .pst
backup Accounts to .iaf

remove 2000 premium
run complete install +all from computer(freaking fast by the way)

Open Outlook 2003 and everything is there. how the heck did that happen?
How did it know which pst file to use? Which .iaf?

and while we are asking questions outlook express news reader (this) font is
too large. How to change.

None of your settings or files are removed when uninstalling Office.

As for the fonts in OE, try using the tools->customize setting and on the
read tab, set your preferred settings from there.

Of Course.
Don't know what I was thinking.

This is actually the first time I've upgraded an OS (2000PRO -> XP pro)
rather than a clean install.
Worked real nice!

Opps forgot to say thanks,
OE news font size was the only Read tab option that didn't carry over.
All set now.
