How2 set "My Shortcuts" on top by default

In the Outlook 2002 toolbar, is there a way to show "My
Shortcuts" when the program starts, instead of
showing "Outlook Shortcuts"? Thanks.

A couple techniques to try:
1. Rename the Outlook Shortcuts group to whatever you
want (rt click the group title to initiate the renaming);
that group will still show up as the top (default) but it
can be YOUR default, by name; you can then rename the
one "under" it to something else too.
2. Move/Create shortcuts you desire into the (former)
Outlook Shortcuts group; basically, no matter what its
name, you can place any shortcuts you want there and in
any order;
3. Finally, you can drag shortcuts from one Group to
another. Grab a shortcut's icon with by clicking and
holding the left mouse button; drag the icon over the
desired group name and pause there until the group opens
up; drop the icon in the desired location
