howto change Out of office autoreply language

Hi All,

I haven't found a place where to change the language of out-of-office
autoreply subject field. Allways in Finnish.

We have exchange 200o and oulook 2000. The problem arouse, when hired
foreign people, who would prefer that line in their native language.

I hope someone could help me out on this propably trivial matter.
