Howto make weekly meeting calendar

How to make a frequency appointment in Outlook? For example, when I need
define a weekly meeting appointment with several people, how to do that?
Don't tell me define it week by week manually.

Outlook support this?

To create a recurring appointment:

You can edit from week to week or appt to appt for updates etc...
