hp previewer problem

[trouble in queue-adise]

I can't use my hp previewer. I get an error message as follows: "hp previewer has encountered a problem and needs to close." Then, it is very difficult to get the publication removed from the print queue. The last one took overnight, but it was a very graphic heavy file (Christmas card). Any ideas would be appreciated.

I would recommend:

1. Contacting HP direct
2. Update your HP printer software and drivers
3. Search for an HP forum such as HP newsgroups, or HP tech support at
hp.com

I would recommend:

Unfortunately, HP has discontinued support for older models since the
merger, and, for many products, they haven't bothered updating
drivers...
