Problems printing in Publisher 2003 with HP PSC 2410

I am having great problems printing anything in Publisher 2003 using an HP
PSC 2410 all in one printer. When trying to print a half page side folded
greetings card for example all that prints is page 1 and part of page 4,
minus any text. Pages 2 and 3 do not print at all. The print preview window
displays eveything perectly however. I have updated the softweare to the
latest driver and tried different set-ups but the same problem happens. Any
help is much appreciated.

Setup your page as a booklet, type 4.25 width, 5.5 height. Publisher will say
this setup will print two per sheet.
If your stock size is half-page, then you will have to create a custom paper
size in your printer driver before you setup your page.
