When trying to print envelopes in Word 2007 to a printer using hte Hp
Universal Print driver it defaults the Font on the envelope to "+heading" and
nothing happens. If you change the default font from +heading to an actual
font it will then print. It will not hold this change though. You have to
make the change everytime you goto print.
We tried the same thing in Word 2007 but using a different print driver and
the font stayed and it printed fine. We tried the hp universal print driver
in Word 2003 printing envelopes and it printed fine.
Basically we really just need to know how to make it stop defaulting to the
font being "+heading" when trying to print with this hp universal print
driver.
Thank you.

I would like to add to my previous post and edit it a little.

When printing envelopes in Word 2007 on Windows XP via the mailings tab it
automatically makes the font "+heading" in both sections and prints nothing
but jibberish. You have to change the font to times new roman and then it
will print. If you set the default font to times new roman on both sections
Word will not save that setting. Once you close Word and come back the font
defaults back to "+heading".

Word 2007 on Windows Vista this does not happen. And Word 2007 with a pcl 6
driver this does not happen. It only happens with the HP Universal Print
Driver in Windows XP.

Can someone please advise?
