HP4100 printer and using VBA for media change

I did install a HP 4100 laser printer a while ago.
In normal.dot i am using a printer macro with choices for all present
printers and all kinds of paper (normal, preprinted, letterhead).
This macro works well, only for the HP 4100 we have a problem, because
we can not choose the correct papertray directly and we have to adjust
the paper media within the print settings (properties). This can not
be done within the VBA macro.

Is there somebody present who can solve this problem for me ?????

BTW we are using XP and Word 2002
