HTM Pages Open in Notepad

If I open FP 2003 and open a *.htm or *.html files, NOTEPAD will pop up with
the source of the page. If I right click on the filename in Windows
Explorer and select EDIT, the page is correctly opened in FP! I just
uninstalled and resinatelled FP because the latest update wouldn't install.
What could cause this?

Open FrontPage, click Tools > Options > Configure Editors and scroll down to htm dhtml dwt and set
the default editor as FrontPage
Then scroll to html and do the same. Click OK.
