html address in an email

Nothing happens when I click on the web address that is
highlighted in the e-mail that is in the in box. I use
comcast.net with outlook.
I can read the same message with comcast.net and an able
to activate the browser.

Start-run and type the following

regsvr32 urlmon.dll
