HTML Code Fragment <A href>

I use a HTML code fragment to open a PDF in a new window and faced two issues:

- the position of the image is ok as long as I don't change the view size in
the browser
- the image has hard edges wheras the same image pasted into the website
looks softly

Thanks for any hints.

We, or I need more hints from you. You question is unclear. You can start
with which version of Publisher you are using and a link to the site. Then
explain more fully what you mean about "the position of the image...". And
what did you use to produce the PDF file?
