HTML-Code in Outlook 2007 BETA

Outlook is interprating html-code in another way than Outlook 2003
(sample-jpeg of the problem under www.chiligreen.com/office2007html.jpg,
html-code without pictures under www.chiligreen.com/111006.htm). Upon the
suggestion of a MS employee, I tried to install the compatibility pack upon,
but this did not solve the issue.

Compatibility pack? It's hilarious how some people think that is the
cure to all problems. The compatibility pack allows you to open Office
2007 files in earlier Office versions and nothing else.
Outlook 2007 has different, much more limited, HTML rendering
capabilities than Outlook 2003. What you are seeing is by design. See
