HTML e-mail appears blank in Outlook 2003

Same issue, however if I do a reply to the message the HTML content appears
in the reply message. So the content is there, just not available to read by
the receiving person unless you select reply. Stumped!!

More info ...

An internal HTML e-mail is arriving as a blank message. When doing 'view
source' the HTML code is there. If I do a reply/reply all/forward, the
message appears and is readable. Any Suggestions.
