I have a user who is trying to print an HTML message that includes a pasted
spreadsheet with colors in it. When she prints, there was no color showing,
not even grayscale. I changed the setting in IE to print background colors
and images, but it is still not printing the colors, although it does now
have a greyscale showing where the color should be.
Corporate guidelines have Office 2003 SP3 and Windows XP SP3 on all computers.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
