HTML e-mail not printing in color

Jason Lucero

I have a user who is trying to print an HTML message that includes a pasted
spreadsheet with colors in it. When she prints, there was no color showing
and grayscale either. I changed the setting in IE to print background colors
and images, but it is still not printing the colors, although it does nowhave
a greyscale showing where the color should be.

Corporate guidelines have Office 2003 SP3 and Windows XP SP3 on all computers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in Advance,
Jason

Maybe look in the Excel Print Setup for the "black/white/grayscale
issue. Could be set to Black and White or Draft.

It is not just the copied excel messages, it is happening to all messages
that are HTML...

Thank you for the reply, the thing is though, the color will print fine if
the user opens the email inside of Word.

It's something goofy with outlook - and it probably looks great if she
prints to pdf but the pdf won't print to paper correctly either (that was my
experience).
