HTML edit control

Does anyone know of a custom control that supports a mini-HTML editing window?

Basically we need to create short articles that are subsequently accessed
online via ASPX code.

All we need is the ability to add some formatting and past hyperlinks, much
as one would do in composing a message with Outlook.
