html editing in microsoft publisher

I am trying to add html between the head tags in my web page and
unfortunitly the pages are done with microsoft publisher. I know how
to use the html snippet but as far as I know there no way of precisely
placing it were you want in the code, or is there ? this is what I
need to know, google anylitics want me to place a code between the
head and I have no idea how to do it, any help would be appreciated,
thanks.

When using Publisher to create a webpage and wanting to edit it you open the
original pub file, edit it and create a replacement page/s.
You don't edit the html file.
